Buffalo Field Archery Club was formed in 1948 and remained on the banks of Buffalo Bayou in Memorial Park until the early 90's when it was relocated to Bear Creek Park.. It was one of the largest and most scenic clubs all those years. During this time, Carl Murray, one of the founding members, did many cartoons for the club & the TFAN (Texas Field Archery News) Jack Krohn had these copies of Carl's great sense of humor Please enjoy this little bit of Texas Archery History.
