The Longhorn is one of the easiest bows to tune and shoot as compared to other custom recurves. In addition to it's good looks, it will shoot a much lighter arrow than other recurves resulting in more speed. It is priced to sell. A very forgiving bow with a minimum amount of stacking even with long draw lengths.
Handles are dyed brown or gray laminated maple & purpleheart (bubinga at a
slightly higher price) and maple accent stripes giving it a fantastic custom look. The
limbs have clear glass over bubinga or maple laminations with purpleheart wedges
giving this bow a truly traditional look. Limb pockets & sight window are milled to
insure perfect limb alignment & sight window clearance. The shelf is radiused for
shooting off the shelf and proper arrow flight.
