The Comet was designed to fill a void in the archery market. With archery being introduced to the youth of America through Scouts, JOAD, 4-H, and of course, through family members who bowhunt or shoot tournaments, there was little to choose from in a good quality reasonably priced recurve. Your choices were a very basic fiberglass bow that does little to encourage proficiency and the next step up is well over $200 for an American made takedown model.

WARNING - do not remove limb bolts while your bow is strung and check to be sure alignment pins are in the limb.
Store your bow in a cool, dry place and avoid prolonged exposure to excessive heat and moisture. When cared for in this manner, your bow will provide you with many years of faithful service.
Our take down bows will fit in one of the MTM arrow cases perfectly along with
such accessories like arrows, armguard,
tab, sight, bowstringer, spare nocks, glue,
etc. Our form inserts fit right in the case.
